Gabriela Diaz is an associate attorney at McAlpin Tanner Marcotte. Prior to joining McAlpin Tanner Marcotte, Ms. Diaz worked in the areas of civil litigation insurance defense, personal injury protection, automobile negligence claims, and insurance fraud claims.  

Ms. Diaz received her undergraduate degree from Florida State University and earned her Juris Doctorate from Florida International University College of Law. During law school, she was a member of the International Moot Court Team, International Arbitration Team, Moot Court Board of Appellate Advocates, and Negotiation and Mediation Team. Ms. Diaz also worked as a research assistant for Charles Jalloh, a member of the United Nations International Law Commission.   

Ms. Diaz was born and raised in Miami. In her free time, she likes to travel, work out, and explore everything Miami has to offer.
